About Me

I trained at the Swedish Institute in New York before moving west in 2019. My work sits at the intersection of deep-tissue technique and the kind of slow, attentive touch I learned from my grandmother — a curandera in Jalisco who didn't call what she did massage, but it was. I see roughly a dozen regulars a week. I like it that way. If we work together, you'll get my full attention and a treatment tailored to where you actually are — not a standardized protocol. Certifications: LMT (CA #84127), NCBTMB certified. Additional training in lymphatic drainage, prenatal, myofascial release, and hot stone.

Signature Massage
A fully custom session — Swedish and deep-tissue blended to the day. Start here if you're new and not sure what you need.
Deep Tissue
Slow, sustained pressure for specific holding patterns — low back, shoulders, neck. Best once we've worked together at least once.
Specialty
Prenatal
Side-lying positioning with pregnancy-supportive bolstering. Second and third trimester; physician clearance recommended for first.
Lymphatic Drainage
Gentle, rhythmic manual technique to support the lymphatic system. Good for post-surgical recovery, seasonal congestion, or general reset.
Hot Stone
Basalt stones warmed and placed along the meridians, integrated with classic Swedish strokes. Especially good in the cooler months.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Life happens — I just ask for 24 hours when possible so I can offer the time to someone on my cancellation list. Within 24 hours, I retain 50% of the session fee.
